Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy, for adults 18+, tailored to you. We’ll work together at your pace, exploring what’s keeping you stuck and building tools for change. Honest, compassionate, collaborative work.

Fees

Self-pay is $205 for 45 minutes. I am able to provide super bills for those wanting to submit invoices to their insurance provider.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on income. Reach out to ask about availability.

Insurance

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • United

  • Ascension

  • Aetna

For physicians and physicians-in-training, I also work with Travis County Medical Society (TCMS).
